Fr. Lazar Aslam OFM Cap, a Roman Catholic Priest belonging to the Order of the Capuchin Friars in Mariam Siddeeqa Capuchin General Custody- Pakistan.
He is entrusted with managing the church, where he diligently offers spiritual guidance and attentive care to congregation members. In their presence, he solemnizes sacred sacraments, fostering an environment where people can fully immerse themselves in the liturgy and embrace the Divine Word of God. Additionally, he joyfully celebrates holy Mass with his community, facilitating a profound spiritual connection and shared worship experience.
Throughout his professional journey, he has undertaken diverse roles that allowed him to fulfill various pastoral needs. Notably, he provided compassionate care to the sick in hospitals, namely St. Teresa's, St. Elizabeth's and St. Michael's Parish. His service extended to living among tribal communities, organizing and facilitating free medical camps, and implementing sustainability initiatives to support their well-being.
An essential aspect of his work also involves catechizing Christian doctors and nurses, ensuring they are equipped with a solid foundation of faith alongside their professional skills.
In addition, he served as a dedicated staff member of the seminary, assuming the responsibility of a professor. Within this role, he had the privilege of imparting knowledge and guidance to aspiring individuals. Furthermore, he conducted impactful seminars for youth and delivered inspiring retreats to religious congregations, fostering spiritual growth and transformation.
Currently, he is honored to serve as the Assistant Parish Priest at St. Paul's Catholic Church. In addition to his ministerial roles, he is also an accomplished author, currently working on several books with proposed titles such as:

2. Unsung Heroes: Stories of Christian Persecution and Courage
3. Building Bridges: Immigrants, Refugees, the Church, and the Bible
4. Being Touched by the Cross: St. Francis of Assisi; Face of Jesus in the Present World.
Additionally, he assists persecuted and affected Christians in the name of Jesus Christ. He arranges various programs and seminars to promote awareness of peace and interfaith harmony among different religions.
